4Subscriptions, trials, and taxes
Paid tiers renew per Stripe subscription settings until canceled. Taxes may be added where required. Downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise in-product.

6Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the service in that period or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars, except where prohibited.

8Governing law and disputes
Unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws designated in your enterprise agreement; if none, by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
