For login issues, case access, or site bugs, email support@waytoclawearn.com with your account email, approximate time (UTC), and a short screen recording if possible.

Typical first response within 2 business days for non-enterprise accounts.

2Sales & Team / API

For Team plans, API delivery, volume licensing, or procurement paperwork, email sales@waytoclawearn.com with company name, expected seats or QPS, and compliance requirements (SSO, DPA, residency).

We route API-style delivery through a scoped integration plan; statements of work are issued after discovery.

3Privacy & legal notices

For privacy rights requests (access, deletion) or DPA questions, email privacy@waytoclawearn.com referencing your account email and jurisdiction.

We may need reasonable identity verification before processing sensitive requests.
